OLD EAGLES CAN BECOME YOUNG AGAIN
Is. Tells us... Those that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with the wings of eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.....Ps. tells us He will make us as the young eagles..... What wonderful promises, but you have to realize that promises have a process. When an eagle gets old the beak is to deformed for the eagle to eat properly. The talcons are too ingrown to hold the food properly. The flying feathers are worn and torn making the flight for food difficult. The eagle flies to a high airey, then beats it's beak off against the rock. The eagle does not eat during this time. As the beak grows back, the eagle plucks the talcons off to grow new ones and then plucks out the old flying feathers to be replaced with new growth. This is a vulnerable and painful time for this magestic bird. This rebirth of strength takes several months. The eagle is then renewed with the strength of it's youth. Yes my friends, old eagles can have renewed strength of the young eagles, but it is a painful and blessed process. Just some food for thought God Bless, Linda
