Peace is near
Never far away,
The sound of a babbling brook,
On a sun shiny day.
You can see it in nature all around.
In the windless sunset,
It can be found.
A baby's first smile,
Is a good place to look.
Or the precious words,
Of the Holy Book.
In a friends embrace,
A safe place to dwell,
Peace and tenderness,
And joy abounds there as well.
It is not far away,
It is not lost.
Seek it's safety,
Whatever the cost.
